Sox Vet Has New Green Monster In Sights
October 24th, 2006 by hubcapper
CNET reported today on Curt Schilling’s post season plans, which center on his role as the founder and president of a multiplayer online gaming startup called Green Monster Games.
He of the bloody sock told the MIT Enterprise Forum on Monday night that he’s assembled his own dream team for the project, including Todd McFarlane (creator of the Spawn comic book franchise) as art director and author R.A. Salvatore as creative director.
The company launched in September, is based in Boston, and is hiring hotshot programmers who want to help create “the most epic, industry-changing game in the history of online gaming.” Go ahead and laugh. You probably shrugged off the 2004 Sox, too.
